7:00 pm – Board of Directors met prior to the general membership meeting. These are the list of issues that were discussed:

7:35 pm – Meeting was called to order

Introduction of Officers:  Mike Cumberland- President, John Hiser- treasurer, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, James Hacke- Secretary, Roger Carfangia- Pistol, Mike Ripley- Black Powder & Junior Rifle, Tom Horstman- Trap.

Treasurer’s Report: John read the report.

Bills and Communications:    Nothing out of the ordinary bills.

Pop: Steve turned in $10.

Rental Committee Report:  Trap banquet will be held at the club on Feb. 29, March 7th hall rental, Hunter Safety Course Sept. 28&29.

Pistol Team:  Rodger reported that they had 4 matches since last month’s meeting.  Rodger took in $184, expenses of $68, kept $35, turned in $81.   22 cal. & Centerfire 32, 38, & 45 cal. All welcome to come practice.

Trap Team:  Tom reported winter league brought in $1,515, expenses $1,117.96, kept $119.17, turned in $278.  Practice during the winter league took in $98, expenses $49.90, kept $14.43, turned in $34.  Winter league has ended.  Tom said the winter trap league banquet will be on February 29.  Practice will resume on Tuesdays in the Spring.  It cost $3.50 per round of 25 targets.  Anyone is welcome to come and shoot. 

Black Powder:  Mike announced that the Frolic will be held on March 28.  There will be a trail shoot from 9-1, paper targets till 5 pm at the range, and a banquet to follow. 

Meat Shoot:  Mike took in $205, expenses $105, kept $30, turned in $70.  Meat shoots are on the 2nd Sunday of each month at 11:00 am.  (Black powder, closest to bullseye).

Junior Rifle Team:  Mike was proud to announce that one of the junior shooters, Dylan, shot a perfect 100.  Shooting will be on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month from 6:30-8 pm and only cost $2.  Contact Mike Ripley with any questions or interest. 

Archery:  Nothing to report. 

Fun Indoor Shoot:  Dickie turned in $185.  They normally shoot every Monday 10 am-till shooting is done.  Doors open at 9 am.  Everyone is welcome.   .22 caliber rifles from a rested position. Closest to bullseye wins a prize. 

Membership:   Brian announced that time to renew your membership is ended.  To renew your membership now you will need to pay the $15 initiation fee to renew.  Brian took in $5,120, maintenance fund $595, general fund $4,525, key cards $290.  Beginning the year 2020 we have 44 new members, 468 senior life/charter members, 540 total club members.

Old Business:  John is still working towards getting a small game of chance license for the club.  Still accepting bids on building a new garage.

New Business:  Steve working on putting together a yearly “To-do List” for the club.  Jack Lee, a member of the NRA, stopped by to talk about the banquet dinner that the NRA host every year.
